We are so thrilled you are coming to celebrate this special day with us.
Now you may have some questions and we surely have some answers!
Can I bring a plus one?
To keep the event intimate, we’re only able to accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM. Be sure to take into account parking.
Where is the venue located?
It is located in the heart of the Germantown neighborhood right on the corner of E Kentucky St and Swan St. One of our favorite neighborhoods in Louisville!
Germantown? Isn't that all street parking?
You're right, great catch! Although there will be plenty of street parking, we encourage our guests to utilize carpooling or ride share services if you are local.
** For our elderly guests — there is a parking lot close to the venue that we are reserving for our older guests to eliminate the walking distance and for comfortability.

Are kids allowed? If so, do they need to be included in the headcount for dinner?
Absolutely! We wouldn't have all of our loved ones there without the wee ones!
We will be providing pizza so they will not need to be included in the headcount.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are opting for an unplugged ceremony and ask that you refrain from taking any photos or video. Our lovely photographer & videographer, Bailey, and her team will be around capturing the beautiful moments allowing us all to be present together.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, with choices of beer, wine, and two signature cocktails. We will also be providing water, sodas, teas, and lemonades as well.
Will there be meal options for guest with dietary restrictions or allergies?
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know and we will work with our caterer to make the best accommodation possible.
