Yes, please. Although you’ve received an invitation, we still need an accurate headcount. RSVPing is required by our deadline of March 1, 2025. Please RSVP within the RSVP tab of The Knot. All non-responses will be considered as declines.

The ceremony will be held outside. Should it rain the venue has an indoor back up plan. Cocktail hour and reception will be held inside.

Smoking is not permitted at The Springs in Cypress. However, smoking will be permitted outside the front entry.

Our guests should arrive no later than 2:45pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. Please try to be on time as to not interrupt the ceremony. Late guests will not be permitted to enter the ceremony space until the end.

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the SpringHill Suites Houston Northwest and the The Courtyard Houston Northwest. When calling to make your reservation, please mention the Phipps Wedding in order to receive the discounted rate.

There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving. Lyft and Uber are great options for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.
