We are planning to have the ceremony outdoors, directly behind the venue, overlooking the apple orchards. In the event there is a high probability of rain, the ceremony will take place in The Cellar, which is attached to the reception venue.

Unfortunately no. While there are many kids in our life we would love to share this day with, we have made the decision not to have children at our wedding. It is important for our adult guests (parents included!) to relax, have fun, and let loose a little as we celebrate. We understand this may pose challenges for some of our out-of-town guests with kids, but we hope you'll have time to make arrangements so you can join us. If not, we very much understand, and we can find other ways to celebrate with you.

A limited number of parking passes will be available at the hotel registration desk for any out-of-town guests that may have accidentally left theirs at home.

Yes! Room blocks on 9/12 & 9/13 were added to accommodate our out of town guests, but are not required as part of your reservation. NOTE: there are limited rooms available on 9/12 & 9/13 at the discounted rate, so we encourage you to book early if you know you'll be coming in. We'll be checking back periodically to see if any additional rooms become available those days, but we encourage you to reserve your room ASAP just in case.
