Rooms will be at a first come first served basis. The latest date room blocks will be accepted is June 3rd.
Please note that any extensions/upgrades may not be available to book online as they are manually adjusted in the system and are based on availability at time of booking. If you have any questions or any issues when booking via the Passkey link, please contact the group reservations team at 1-808-921-4651 or email grp.00377@marriott.com for assistance. The reservations office is open from 8:00am-4:00pm HST Monday-Friday (closed on weekends and holidays). The voicemail box and email box is monitored daily during business hours.
What dates will the room block rate be available for?
The room block rate will be available 8/3 - 8/11, but you are able to extend your trip at the same rate for up to 3 days if you wish to do so.
Do I have to stay at the hotel for the entire week to get the rate?
This rate is good regardless of how many nights you stay at the hotel.
Will there be any additional fees?
As with all resorts in Maui, there is a resort fee ($35 a day) and a parking fee if you choose to park your rental car here.
Do we get any additional benefit from staying at the Westin?
Some perks will be included with the room block including a discount at the spa and luau.
I have kids under 18, how do I add them to the reservation?
Please book your room online for the number of adults in the room only. Then, contact the group reservations team at 1-808-921-4651 to have them manually add the children to your reservation. This will avoid charging your extra for the children.
I have kids over 18, do I need to pay extra from them?
If you have more than 2 adults (18+) in the room you'll need to pay an additional fee for them.
