Dress Code
Dress code is semi-formal. For gentlemen a suit, or trouser and blazer combo - the tie is optional. For ladies cocktail dress or skirt and top combo.
In the spirit of the gorgeous horse farm venue, we encourage all guests to wear their Derby day best if desired. Think fun colors and patterns!

What time does the ceremony start?
Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm cst. Gates will be locked at 4:45 and will not reopen until after the ceremony so guests should plan to arrive no later than 4:45.
Are children allowed?
While we would love to include all of our loved ones and their families, due to space and catering restrictions we are only able to provide for those little ones named in invitations. We encourage guests to leave the kids at home and enjoy a primarily adults-only wedding!
Parking/transportation?
There is plenty of space for parking at Ironwood, just follow the signage. There will be an open bar, the venue is a short drive to Bowling Green area hotels and the couple strongly encourage the use of provided shuttle service if guests decide to partake!
Gifts/Cards
Our registry offers the option to ship directly to us prior to the event if desired. However there will be a space set up at the venue for gifts and cards as well.
I am having trouble RSVP’ing
Our invite list has many duplicate names (both first and last) but rest assured you are still invited. If you type your name and do not see it listed as an option that is ok! Just select the option “none of the above” and hit continue, then you can still type your name and send you and your guest’s rsvp that way! You can always text Kristina or Derek if you have any additional trouble!
Transportation
A shuttle service will begin running regular intervals to and from the embassy suites and springhill suites in Bowling Green. The shuttle service will begin running at 3:30 and will cease service at 10:30. Please feel free to park at either hotel and utilize the shuttle service if you wish to partake in the open bar. The venue is approximately 15 minutes from the hotels, save yourself some gas let us get you there!
