Palmer Divide Ave. We are the second large log "Flying Horse” entrance on your left. Follow the road till it joins with the road to the stables and turn left. Follow the private drive-way to the Venue. Parking lot will be on your left.

Yes! There is parking available on site and a paved walkway from the parking lot to the celebration areas.

We ask that you come in your Spring cocktail attire and ready to party. He should wear: slacks and a button down. She should wear: Cocktail dress, sundress or dress pants and a nice blouse. It is Colorado so a light jacket or sweater is recommended for evenings.

While the entirety of the wedding is not unplugged we do ask that you refrain from photographing the ceremony. Service is limited at the venue and we ask that you use this opportunity to enjoy one another.

The Welcome Reception will be adult only. For the Wedding all little ones are welcome to attend the wedding. We will be offering a kid's menu and games in the kids room during dinner and toasts. Babysitters will be provided.

We will be providing shuttles from the Hyatt Regency DTC to Flying Horse Ranch and back at the end of the night. Ubers can be called from the hotel but not from the venue. Shuttle times will be posted here a couple days before the wedding.

We will not be requiring vaccines to attend. If you have been exposed or showing symptoms of Covid-19, please confirm with a negative test before attending. Masks can be worn at your discretion but will not be enforced.

Please reach out to the bride and we will see if additional rooms can be added. There are also a number of hotels in the Denver Tech Center or AirBnB in the Castle Rock or Larkspur area.

You can RSVP here on the website beginning 3/14. Please note the events are listed in chronological order. Wedding menu is also available online with dietary notes. If you have any difficulties with RSVPing or questions, please reach out to the Bride or Groom by April 22nd.

The shuttles/busses will arrive at the Hyatt Regency DTC at 2:45 pm. There will be two shuttles. the first will depart at 3:00pm and the second will depart at 3:10pm. You will need to be on the shuttle no later than 3:05pm

There will be three shuttles departing from Flying Horse Ranch back to the Hyatt DTC. The first one will leave at 9:30pm. The 2nd one will leave at 10:30pm. And the final bus will leave at 11pm
