We will be providing shuttles to take guests to and from the venue if they prefer that over driving themselves. The shuttles will pick up at the Hyatt Regency DTC in the early afternoon to head to the venue. They will then be available to take guests back to the Hyatt Regency DTC at the end of the event. You do not need to be staying at the hotel in order to use the provided shuttle service.

2:45pm - Shuttles Arrive at Hyatt Regency

3:00pm - First shuttle departs for the venue

3:10pm* - Second shuttle departs for the venue

*Must be on shuttle no later than 3:05pm

9:30pm - First shuttle departs for the hotel

10:30pm - Second shuttle departs for the hotel

11:00pm - Final shuttle departs for the hotel
