Krysta and Brian met her freshman year at Lynchburg College through a mutual friend. It wasn't until months later they reconnected and began a very strong friendship which later grew into what is now; their forever. The two spent countless nights talking well into the evening as they were 800+ miles apart. And as technology grew so did their communication and their love for one another. Daily texts and phone conversations transitioned into nightly video chats and eventually to visits. It was through this communication their friendship turned into love. The long nights of communicating helped the couple grow into a strong and long lasting relationship. It was through this communication and love for one another they were able to overcome several obstacles such as that distance. Perhaps, this is what helped Brian ask Krysta to be his wife in October 2015 (along with a couple years of friendly encouragement). After a wonderful dinner in North Augusta, S.C. while surrounded by friends down by the river, and a tummy full of duck tongue their next chapter began upgrading Krysta to fiancé. It will be two years later the two tie the knot surrounded by you; our close friends and family.
