Wedding group is under Inglett-Pappas wedding when you call to book the reservation. If you need shoulder dates (Dates outside of the weekend we can adjust that as well) with the rate. Individual cancellation is 24 hours before arrival. You will have until 9/20/2017 to make your reservation. Please book accordingly I have both King rooms and Queens available for booking. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle from 8:30AM-10:00PM; which will pick guests up from Amtrak/ Airport and take guests within a 2 mile radius. Unfortunately, our venue is more than two miles away so you will need to provide your own transportation to the venue. Should you want there are taxi services and Uber in the area.

Also, for those of our loved ones coming in from out of town although hotels try to meet early check-in requests it is not always available. So, we encourage our loved ones to make their reservations for the day before the event as to allow adequate time to get ready for the wedding.
