Suits recommended. Think classy wedding that happens to take place on the beach. Flats or sandals may be preferred by women, however, everyone will have the option to remove their shoes for the beach ceremony on the sand.

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony by 5:00 pm. Due to freeway construction on top of the regular Sunday evening rush, PLEASE PLAN FOR POTENTIALLY HEAVY TRAFFIC. A trolly will also be available at 4:30 and again at 4:45 to shuttle people from the Best Western Carpinteria Plus Hotel to the beach ceremony (recommended if you're staying at the hotel). Trollys are first come first serve, so we recommend being ready for the 4:30 trolly.

Yes, there is free street parking. Note, due to it being the summer, parking spaces may be slightly harder to find or require a short walk. The trolly will also shuttle guests who prefer not to walk between the ceremony and reception venue (roughly a 7-minute walk). ATTN: Ubers & Lyfts are very challenging to get to the venue area at night, so there will be a shuttle service starting at 10:30 pm. When you're ready for a shuttle, wait by the venue entrance next to the bar, and you'll see the next shuttle (large Sprinter van). It will drop guests at the Best Western Hotel in Carpinteria, a stop in Summerland, Montecito, and the Hotel California in downtown Santa Barbara. All will be easier places to hail an Uber/Lyft back to your final destination. Recommend staying with your group for the shuttle if you have a larger group all going to the same location. Please do not drive under the influence. Your car will not be ticked or towed if you end up needing to leave it there overnight.

We recommend staying in Carpinteria, specifically the Best Western Carpinteria Plus Hotel, which is less than 5 minutes to and from the venue. We will also have shuttle services running from this hotel. This is one of two hotels in Carpinteria though, so you'll want to reserve ASAP. The cocktail hour will include a live taco station (veggie, chicken, & pork). It will be a buffet-style dinner, so there's no need to reply with a meal selection. You'll be able to select the food you'll enjoy most. The main options include a Caprese salad, cedar plank salmon, lemon rosemary chicken, and mushroom ravioli. For children, there will be an additional kid option. After all the dancing, there will be Late Night Bites of grilled cheese & tomato soup. There will be an open bar all night, with non-alcoholic options available.
