Can I bring my kids?

We are choosing to have a kid free wedding, with the exception of the bride's first cousins. This should allow more freedom for the moms and dads out there to enjoy the open bar!

Can I bring a plus one?

Please do not bring a plus one unless specifically indicated on your invitation. All invited guests will have their names included on the RSVP.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by December 28, 2024.

What should I wear?

The attire for our wedding day is formal. Ladies, please wear long dresses, keeping in mind that our ceremony will be held in a Catholic church. Dressing like a nun is not necessary, but dressing like Kim Kardashian is not encouraged. Father Santiago may douse you in holy water. Men, please wear a tuxedo or a suit with a jacket and tie/bow tie. Ask a stylish friend to approve of your outfit. Our military guests are welcome to wear their dress uniforms, but this is not required or expected!

Is the bride really that beautiful?

Thank you so much for asking. Yes, yes I am. I mean... yes, she is.

What will the weather be like?

February in the Central Valley is usually quite pleasant. It will most likely be in the 60s, so bring a light outer layer if you get cold easily, and possibly an umbrella. The reception will be held in a large industrial style building without central heating. However, there will be heat sources throughout the space.

Where do we park?

For those who will have a private vehicle, parking is available at the church. For those that do not, please utilize ride share options such as Lyft or Uber to get to and from the ceremony. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotels for the RECEPTION.

Will you provide transportation to and from the reception?

Yes! We are planning on providing transportation from both of the 2 hotels on the website travel page to the reception at the Old Sugar Mill and back at the end of the night.

I am not Catholic. Can I still come to the ceremony?

Of course! Please be respectful of our Catholic ceremony. If you have not received the sacrament of First Communion, remain seated while the eucharist is being distributed. Don't worry, if some of the groomsmen can get into the church without catching fire (Evan), you can too!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

You already know the answer to this one. Please keep your phones off and away during the ceremony.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 1:00 pm. Please be in your seats 15 minutes early. Late guests will unfortunately not be admitted, as the bride is a huge diva and will require a grand entrance. (The church only has one entrance, there is no ability to sneak in a back/side door!)

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

The bride and groom will not be doing a first look prior to walking down the aisle, so this will be our picture time before the reception begins at 6:00pm. Feel free to explore Sacramento, or take some time to rest before we dance the night away!

What time should we arrive to the reception?

The reception at the Old Sugar Mill will begin at 6:00pm.

Will there be an open bar?

Is the Pope a Catholic?

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

The reception will end at 11:00pm.
