Can I bring my children?
We respectfully request no children at the ceremony or reception. The venue holds 200 people total and with such large families children unfortunately will not be able to attend. Thank you for your understanding!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding and cocktail hour will be mostly outside. The reception will be held inside the barn. There is some seating on the lanai which is a covered outdoor breezeway. There are standing heaters located in that area but I would dress accordingly.
Is there a dress code?
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Women - cocktail dresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men - light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at [301 Glen Valley Ct. Troy, MO. 63379] A wedding card box will be at our reception.
When is the RSVP deadline and how do I make contact?
Please RSVP by August 31, 2024. If you were offered a guest please let us know that as well. Our venue only holds 200 people and the individuals who rsvp will help us have a better idea on table arrangements. If you do not have a smart phone for the QR code you can text me or email me so I can keep track of everyone.

Is there parking available at the venue?
The venue has two separate areas for parking. There will be someone at each lot to point you and assist you in the right direction. There will also be golf carts running so you don’t have to walk as much. You are also welcome to leave your vehicle there if needed.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm sharp! Once we have the transportation set up I will let everyone know a time they should be ready at the hotel. Plan to be ready at the venue between 3:30 and 4:00 so everyone has plenty of time to get settled.

Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited space at our chosen venue we are only able to accommodate guests already specified on your wedding invitation. No further guest will be added at this time.
Is there a shuttle?
We do have a shuttle called Wine Shuttle Bus. It will be picking up guests from the hotel at 3:15 pm. There will only be one bus transporting from the hotel to the venue so it’s important if you plan to utilize this to be in the parking lot ready by 3:15. At the end of the night two busses will be running to transport people back to the hotel.
