Rapids Brewing Company is conveniently located by Unwined Up North & Benders! Rapids Brewing is newer to town with an awesome atmosphere as it was built within our old movie theater. You may even be lucky enough to catch some live music while visiting! The Bride & Groom went on one of their first "Minnesota dates" here & enjoyed some blueberry moscow mules!
Zorbaz will not disappoint! Located on Pokegama Lake where Jenna grew up, it's a summer hot spot. Enjoy the Pizza & Mexican food combination while overlooking the lake or down at the beach where you will find sand volleyball, swimming & a beach bar! If you're feeling adventurous, try the Bride's favorite pizza called the "Lowden Special" made with a peanut butter sauce. Don't knock it until you try it!
Located on US HWY 169 across the bridge from Zorbaz, you will find Pickled Loon! The Loon has great food & an awesome deck overlooking the Pokegama lake harbor. Pickled Loon also serves a great breakfast that has become a town favorite!
Pokegama Golf Course is one of our favorite spots as a couple! We encourage our guests to golf a round while visiting, or enjoy the restaurant located inside of the clubhouse and spend some time overlooking Pokegama Lake on the outdoor patio!
For all of our Wizard Of Oz lovers! Judy Garland, also known as the famous "Dorothy" called Grand Rapids, MN home! The museum is a hot-spot for tourism & you might even get a peek at the infamous ruby red slippers worn in the movie as well as a tour of Judy's childhood home. Attached to the museum is a Children's Discovery Museum that is great for little ones!
