Where is parking for the venue?

We’ve secured a parking lot at Windermere Realty in Lake Arrowhead — because nothing says romance like parking near a real estate office. There, you’ll find a lovely shuttle service ready to whisk you away to the venue (and back, assuming you behave). Please plan to arrive early — the shuttle will be your golden ticket to the wedding, and unfortunately, off-roading straight to the altar isn’t an option (we asked). Yes, it’s a tiny bit inconvenient. Yes, it’s in the name of “mountain wedding magic.” No, you can’t Uber. See you on the bus!

What is the best airport to fly into?

If you’re flying in (bless you), here’s the deal: Ontario International (ONT) is the closest airport to Lake Arrowhead — about an hour-ish away, depending on traffic and how boldly your rental car handles mountain roads. It’s super convenient, which usually means... it’s also super expensive. If money is no object or you find a unicorn fare, this is your golden ticket. LAX is the people’s champ — not because it’s fun (it’s not), but because it offers the most non-stop flights at reasonable prices. It’s 2–3 hours from the venue, depending on how angry Los Angeles traffic is feeling that day. Pack patience. Maybe snacks. Other honorable mentions: SNA (John Wayne/Orange County): Nice vibes. Expensive-ish. BUR (Burbank): Small, cozy, surprisingly stress-free. PSP (Palm Springs): A desert detour, but a pretty one.

How is the drive up to Lake Arrowhead?

Lake Arrowhead is stunning — like, jaw-dropping, stop-and-stare kind of stunning. But full disclosure: the road to get there is a little... twisty. (Not for the faint of stomach. Kidding! Kind of.) We highly recommend making the drive during daylight hours if possible — not just for safety, but so you can soak up the views without white-knuckling the steering wheel. Pull over, take a few deep breaths (and photos), and then kindly re-engage your focus, because the road does get a bit windy toward the top. You’ll feel like you’re in a car commercial. A very cautious, slightly slower-paced car commercial.
