The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, so please plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to ensure everyone gets settled in time. There should be plenty of parking right at the venue.

The dress code is semi-formal/formal. In other words, we would love to see you in attire that you wouldn't wear in everyday settings. You can wear a tuxedo or a floor-length evening gown if you want, but a dark suit with dress pants and dress shoes works too! Similarly, a knee-length or mini cocktail dress would also be appropriate.

The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place under a covered pavilion.

4 pm - Ceremony Begins 4:30 pm - Ceremony ends, guests head over to pavilion 4:45 pm - Cocktail Hour 5:45 pm - Guests are seated, wedding party reenters 5:50 pm - First Dance 6:00 pm - Dinner 7:00 pm - Mother/Son Dances 7:10 pm - Party Time! 8:00 pm - Cake Cutting 8:15-10:00 pm - Dancing continues 10:00 pm - Reception Ends

During cocktail hour, there will be a variety of appetizers that will be passed out, as well as some buffet-style hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be buffet-style with a variety of options to suit all guests.

There will be a limited open bar to include beer and wine, as well as two craft cocktails/mocktails. Non-alcoholic options such as water and soda will also be provided. If guests would like other alcoholic beverages, they are free to order them in the golf club's main bar at regular price.
