Property: Greensprings Resort Your Group Name is: Getz Mclaughlin Wedding Your Block Code is: GETZ25 Resort Fee: $25/night Taxes: 12% + $2 Cutoff date: 9/15/25 Group rates: (2 night minimum required) Payments: No deposit is required during the reservation booking process. All payments are due upon arrival. Reservation Modifications & Cancellations: Reservation modifications can be made, based upon availability, until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 72 hours will be charged first night’s room rate plus tax penalty. No-shows for confirmed reservations will be charged first night’s room rate plus tax penalty. Check-in begins at 4pm / Check-out is 10am. Early check-ins or late departures: It is strongly suggested that guests requiring an early check-in, should book the night prior to the desired check-in date; as check in begins at 4pm daily. Early check-ins are based upon availability and can only be confirmed the day of arrival by the resort’s front desk. Late check-outs can only be confirmed after check-in by the resort’s front desk. A minimum of one adult (21 years of age or older) to remain the duration of the stay. A valid credit card and photo ID, per reservation A $200 refundable incidental authorization, per reservation Daily housekeeping is available at a nominal fee at some resorts. Please request additional cleaning and room amenities with the resort’s front desk. Resort common areas (pools, grills, sports courts, etc.), pool chairs, tables, etc. are for all guests to enjoy and cannot be reserved. Resort amenities (pools, fitness center, sport courts, etc.) are available to registered guests only. Non-registered guests are not permitted to utilize resort amenities.
