The ceremony will be starting at 4pm in the Belhurst Castle section at the bottom of the stairwell. The reception will follow immediately after in an adjoining room.

We are planning a bit of non-traditional reception with a dinner then a focus on games and family interaction. Expect a wide selection of board/card games as well as trivia.

Belhurst has two restaurants as well as a wonderful selection of wines and cheeses for flights and sampling. There are also a multitude of winery's in the area to explore.

We are thinking semi-formal to smart casual attire, with a Grey and Emerald color theme. Think blazers, jackets, nice tops, cocktail dresses, and jumpsuits. There is no requirement to follow theme, but it will look nice for those family photos. Keep in mind the wedding will be in central New York late winter/early spring so you can expect temperatures from 44°F / 25 °F with the possibility of snow. We will be indoors and fireplaces will be lit, but it might still be chilly.

We ask that you don't take pictures during the ceremony. We have photographers and will be happy to provide photos after the event. So just sit back and enjoy the moment with us.

We will be toasting with Mead, provide some specialty drinks, and non-alcoholic options. Outside of that Belhurst does have a fully stocked bar if you wish to purchase more.

There are 3 different meal options available listed on the RSVP. Please reach out if there are any questions or concerns in regards to any dietary concern, before selecting.
