Where do we park for the reception?


Carpooling is encouraged but there will be plenty of space to park. Please park at 13005 Cassie Lane in the far back pasture/field and follow the signs through the woods or walk the street to the main event!

What should I wear?


Official dress code: Garden Party


Things to consider:
- Ceremony & Reception will both have lots of grass and uneven surfaces. Stilettos and high heels are not recommended. Flats and sandals will be best.
- We can't predict the weather so check out the forecast and bring a rain coat if appropriate
- Make sure you can get down in it, because you will be expected on the dance floor!






Which events should I attend?


Due to the ceremony venue's guest limitations, the ceremony is a closed event and by invitation only. Because space was limited, we are excited to encourage guests to grab a drink at the welcome party on Friday night at Sol in Willoughby and then join us for the reception on Saturday evening.




Why are the registry items from all different sites?


Rachael is a passionate Etsy enthusiast and worked hard to ensure gifts would support small businesses and struggling artists. She has collaborated and many of the artists are graciously creating custom art just for Kyle & Rachael to celebrate their marriage (how cool!) It may appear an eclectic bunch of items, but all were carefully selected. Procrastinators beware: Etsy ship times are not overnight like 'The Corporation Who Shall Not Be Named'. Thank you for helping small businesses stay afloat and supporting artists who deserve the recognition.




Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?


Rain or shine, Kyle and Rachael are avid outdoor creatures. The ceremony will be outside; dress accordingly.




Can I take pictures during the ceremony?


Kyle & Rachael kindly ask that you refrain from photos during the ceremony. Their photographer, Allison, is one of the most talented wedding photographer's on the market and is going to do an amazing job, let's leave capturing the perfect moment to her! Keep your phone in your pocket/purse and be present for their special day.




Is there parking available at the ceremony?


Of course! Don't sweat it.




Are children invited to the wedding?


Sorry kiddos, it's mom and dad's night out! Book a sitter and treat yourself to an evening of adults-only time to yourself!




Will there be an open bar?


Yes and we will also have a selection of mocktails (nonalcoholic mixed drinks)!




What's the best way to RSVP?


Digitally is best! Please follow the instructions on your invitation.




I'm still getting used to going to post-pandemic events...


The great outdoors allows for the best air flow and distancing to ease your mind. Please feel free to wear a mask if you feel uncomfortable without one. Rachael wears an N95 all day every day working in a nursing home, she and Kyle will fully support your choice in putting your health first
