As soon as you know you'll be joining us, please book your room! The resort offers a few payment options so you don’t have to pay everything upfront. This resort does book to full capacity, so there are no guarantees if you wait until last minute. The last day to book using our special rate is Wednesday, March 6th.

As long as you'd like! Many guests are adding on extra time to treat this as a well-deserved vacation. Wedding festivities will be June 7-9, and Kylee & Seth will be at Pueblo Bonito June 6 - 13.

No, please do not do this. We have secured a room block at this hotel with special rates for our guests, so when you use our code (MCDANIEL24) you are ensured to be part of our group at the resort. Many outside companies such as Expedia can overbook hotels, so if the resort is full they could send you to an outside resort. Just go to the 'Hotel + Stay' section above to click the link directly to our specific booking site!

Our wedding package requires that all guests stay on the property. We are so very excited to have all our loved ones together for a few days. Don't worry, we have carefully chosen this beautiful resort and we know you will love it! Please contact Kylee or Seth if there are any specific issues with this.

This is an all-inclusive hotel so once you arrive on property all your alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, food, 24 hour room service and shuttle transportation to sister resorts are all included in your nightly rate!

Yes, you do need a passport valid for at least 6 months past your travel dates. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date! It is a good idea to get your passport in order early on, as the US passport website states it can take 10-13 weeks, or longer, for it to arrive!

Guest room cancellations made up to 21 days prior will receive a full refund. The cancellation must be made by 5:00pm (MST) and a written cancellation confirmation must be received. If cancelled from 20 days to 0 days, prior to guest arrival, will be charged 1 night of confirmed stay at the group rate.

The dress code for our wedding will be "beach cocktail" attire. We know it gets hot in Mexico and the last thing you want to wear is super heavy clothing. So, we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible while looking and feeling your best! Please note, the ceremony will take place on the beach so please plan your shoe choice accordingly - or go barefoot for the ceremony :)
