From the moment Dylan & Kyleigh met there was an instant connection. Kyleigh was the senior captain of the dance team while Dylan was a junior and the only male cheerleader on the cheerleading team. Seckman High School Friday night lights in 2011 were spent flirting and smiling at each other from the sidelines. Schooldays revolved around holding hands, being silly during lunch and sneaking into choir rehearsal rooms to have time together.

After high school, Kyleigh and Dylan drifted apart, but when Kyleigh returned home to start student teaching in 2016, they ran into each other. After a few weeks of dating, Dylan was working at a moving company and had accidentally left his wallet in St. Louis, realizing he wouldn't have money for dinner. Without telling Dylan, Kyleigh found the hotel in Arkansas that Dylan was staying at and quickly ordered Jimmy Johns to be delivered to him. From states away, Kyleigh was determined to take care of Dylan.

Again life found a way to separate them but on Kyleigh's 26th birthday, after Dylan's grandma and mom (the ultimate wing-women) wished her a happy birthday Dylan sent a message over social media. It was as if nothing had ever changed and all night and the following days were spent sending messages and making each others cheeks hurt from laughing.

After Kyleigh's birthday Dylan was looking for a way to get out of the private messages in their phones and see her in person. What better way then to ask her to come to Denver Colorado for a short trip.

After taking on the world, a pandemic, and moving together, Kyleigh and Dylan welcomed Cheese into their home for snuggles, kisses, and many puppy accidents.

This trip to Disney was an absolute dream come true. Together they saved, persevered through many obstacles, and worked hard to have the vacation of a lifetime. At midnight in front of Cinderella's castle Dylan bent down on one knee and surprised Kyleigh by asking her to spend the rest of their life's together. Kyleigh was so excited she could barely contain herself. One minute they were swirling around in the cool Florida air on a magic carpet ride, and the next they were engaged high in the sky spinning on the Astro Orbiter while the glowing lights of Tommorland danced around them. Engulfing the couple in the feeling of true love that belongs in fairy tales they were in awe and couldn't keep their eyes off of each other, and the newly adorned shimmering addition to Kyleigh's left hand. As they slowly left the park, feeling the soreness in their feet start to set in from the 18 hour park day they looked forward to a great big beautiful tommorow that was coming.
