However, there will not be a place to plug-in so please bring a generator if need be -Hotels are located within 10 miles of venue ***Hotels in Motley & Staples are booked. However, Brainerd/Baxter is 20 miles away if needed. -If you booked at the Motley hotel, you will want to call and verify that you still have a reservation. Apparently, they canceled all September reservations. -Beer and wine coolers will be provided but feel free to bring your own alcohol as you see fit -We are working with limited seating space. Therefore, the names listed in your RSVP are how many seats we have reserved for your family. We hope you understand 🖤
