In late August of 2018, Mitchell and Kylie met through some mutual friends and quickly became friends themselves.

Not too long after Mitchell and Kylie met, Kylie was looking for a place that was closer to work and Mitchell was looking for someone to look after his house while he's on the road. Luckily, they were able to help each other out and soon became roommates.

Their mutual love for their shared fur babies, Izzy and Penelope, brought them closer and continued to build on their friendship.

Who knew, that that friendship would become so much more.

In early March, they couldn't deny that their friendship had developed into something more.

That something more, was a relationship that no one saw coming in the beginning but everyone was overjoyed for in the end.

As time went on, Mitchell and Kylie discovered that they had more in common than they had thought. For instance, they both get extreme satisfaction from completing projects. Home and yard projects are just some of their favorite projects to complete together even if it means being covered in tree trimmings while trimming the trees.

Together, they also wanted to build a small farm and so they broke ground on the chicken coop or as some people would say, their chicken mansion.

This chicken 'mansion' coop could also be referred to as Kylie's She Shed.

August 20th of 2019, they decided to go out to dinner with some friends in order to celebrate Mitchell's birthday. Little did Kylie know, that when they arrived back home that night, Mitchell would ask Kylie to spend the rest of her life with him.

Of course, she said yes.

Mitchell and Kylie decided on a long engagement and therefore, they spent their 1st Christmas engaged.

They continued to grow their little farm family, animal by animal. First, they added a blind calf named Hammy.

Next, came the two fainter goats, Collar and Waylon.

The three of them quickly became the best of friends.

Unfortunately, Collar passed away and together they decided that they needed to get Waylon a buddy or two and that is where the twins came into play. Daisy and Dolly were the perfect fit for their farm family.

Mitchell and Kylie continue to build their dream home life with all the fur babies Kylie could ever want.

Mitchell and Kylie have an amazing relationship built on a foundation of a lot of patience and an amazing friendship.

Together, they cannot wait to celebrate their love with all of their loved ones on September 25, 2021 on their home property where their love first sparked.
