It’s been almost 3 years since our paths crossed, but it feels like we’ve been together for much longer. From different backgrounds and cities, we’ve built something more beautiful than either of us could have imagined.

I came from a place where I had my routines, my comfort zones and I liked it. You came from a different corner, with an always on the go attitude and eyes that had experienced more than I could have imagined. And yet, even with our differences, there was a recognition that we were meant to be part of each other’s lives.

We learned how to blend our worlds, how to compromise, how to laugh through the awkward moments, and how to love through the hard times. I learned about your traditions, the things that shaped you, and you discovered mine. We shared our stories, our dreams, and even our fears. There were moments when life tried to pull us in different directions—but through it all, we kept growing. Not just individually, but as a unit, as partners. We discovered not just who we were, but who we could be together.

And now, after almost three years of learning and evolving side by side, we’re here. We’re getting married. We’ve made our promises, not just in words, but in actions, and shared dreams for the future. We’re walking into the rest of our lives together, knowing that there’s still so much more to see, more to learn, and more to love.

We are creating a life that’s uniquely ours—a life where we will continue to grow, travel, and love, day by day. And I can’t wait for the rest of it.
