The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. A lot of effort has gone into planning and preparing for this special moment, and its really important that we respect that. To ensure your settled and the ceremony can begin smoothly, please aim to arrive by 3:30PM at the earliest, 3:45 at the latest. Thank you for understanding!

The dress code for the wedding is more casual but semi-formal, as it will be held outdoors on a ranch. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so cowboy/cowgirl boots are absolutely welcome! Just keep in mind that while we're aiming for a relaxed vibe, we still want everyone to look their best. Think of it as a blend of casual and polished—something that works for both the ranch setting and a celebration!

As a way to thank God for the blessings He has given us, we are incorporating our Christian faith into our wedding. We will be honoring the sacredness of marriage by acknowledging God’s presence in our lives. During the reception we will say grace before dinner. This prayer will allow us to express our gratitude for the gift of love, family, and the journey we are about to begin together. By doing so, we are not only celebrating our love for one another but also recognizing God as the foundation of our relationship, trusting that He will continue to guide and bless our marriage.

For the wedding, the music will begin with solo violin performances, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere. However, as the evening progresses, around 7:30, the tone of the music will shift. The selection will blend more unworldly music with a mix of country, This transition is designed to complement the evolving mood of the evening. Please accommodate accordingly.

For the wedding ceremony, it's open seating, so feel free to choose any spot you'd like. However, for the dinner, tables will be numbered, and a seating chart will be available before you head into the dining area. That way, you’ll be able to find your designated seat and enjoy the evening comfortably!

Although, we absolutely love having kids around, we've decided to make our wedding a kid-free event. We hope you understand, and were excited to celebrate with all of you!

The ranch has a spacious parking lot available for all guests. Clear and noticeable signs will guide you to the designated parking area, and there will be someone on hand to assist with parking your vehicle, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

In an effort to respect both our values and our religion, we have chosen to offer a limited selection of alcohol at our wedding. To ensure a modest and respectful atmosphere, we will be serving only beer and wine—no hard liquor will be available. Additionally, we want to emphasize that we absolutely do not encourage drinking and driving. We kindly ask all guests to plan accordingly, whether that means arranging for a designated driver, using a rideshare service, or finding alternative transportation. Our goal is to create a safe, enjoyable celebration for everyone while maintaining the integrity of our beliefs. Thank you for understanding and supporting this decision.
