The ceremony is Saturday, June 21st, 2025 at 3:00 PM.

We're envisioning something between semi-formal and cocktail attire. Think slacks/khakis, button ups, and dresses.

The venue we reserved allows camping! There are about 10 spots for RVs on unlevel ground, without electricity or water. There are plenty spots for tent camping. Again there is no water or electricity so please be sure to bring generators/ battery packs and water. We have to pack out trash so try to limit single use items. We have the venue all day on Friday and we will be there early, so feel free to join us anytime on the summer solstice. The place has to be cleaned up on Sunday by noon, so we'd like to send people off by about 10. If you're not interested on camping, the nearest cities that might have hotels/AirBNB's are Winchester, Waha, Cottonwood, Craigmont, Lewiston, and Grangeville, etc.

There are three porta potties and they are cleaned on Thursday, so they should look nice and clean when you arrive. There is also a handwashing station. There are no showers, and there is not water. Joshua and Kylie plan on bringing water for coffee and other beverages, but it is advised to bring a 1-5 gallons of water if you have a reusable container already.

There is not water provided by the venue, however Kylie and Joshua plan on bringing water for coffee and tea, and for the meals we plan on cooking. We advise you bring 1-5 gallons of water with you if you have a reusable jug.

We will be having a potluck in the afternoon on Friday, June 20th, so we recommend bringing a meal enough for 5-10 servings. Kylie and Joshua will provide dinner the evening of the ceremony, June 21st, and some snacky brunch items for the morning of June 22nd. You are responsible for all your other meals.
