Shannon and Kyra met on their very first day at Georgia Tech. They soon became inseparable and ended up as roommates for the next two years. Through late nights spent completing neuroscience projects and even later nights binging Love is Blind, Shannon and Kyra have gotten to know each other better than they know themselves. Shannon makes a habit of reading food labels to make sure they won't poison Kyra, collecting a library of book suggestions, and encouraging everyone around her to follow their dreams.

Anna is Kyra's oldest friend. The two became friends when they were just 12 years old. That middle school swim team friendship grew into a lasting bond that would overcome the awkwardness of becoming teenagers, the stress of a worldwide pandemic, and the sadness of moving away to another state. However, Anna and Kyra are bonded by more than time. They share a love of sharks and a delusional belief that they could buy a boat and sail to Hawaii (neither of the two have ever been on a sailboat).

Allie is the younger (and cooler) sister that Kyra never had. They became friends while sitting out of swim practice due to their various sports related injuries. Allie was Kyra and Bennett's number one fan. She teased her brother and Kyra for years before Bennett and Kyra finally ended up dating. Allie takes 100% of the credit for the couple's success and will tell everyone that this wedding would not be happening without her. Kyra is excited that Allie will officially be her sister as well as her friend.

Mariana and Kyra met at Georgia Tech when their boyfriends insisted that they be friends. They soon began hanging out without their boyfriends and the friendship spiraled out of the control of the two well meaning boys. Mariana and Kyra bonded over neuroscience, food, naps, and the frustrations of having a business major for a boyfriend. They worked together to keep their boyfriends on their toes and would unionize to receive better conditions as Theta Xi girlfriends.

Rishika and Kyra met at their first mental health student coalition meeting back in 2021. Now, not only are they co-presidents of that club, they are each others trusted confidants and personal comedians. Kyra knows that she can always go to Rishika if she is in need of a laugh, a shoulder to cry on, or a listening ear. When they are not stressing over their mental health club, Rishika and Kyra enjoy unnecessary trips to Forever 21, splurging on loaded fries at Farm Burger, and going on romantic picnics.

Kyle is Bennett’s first friend. There are not enough words to describe their adventures together nor did God give Bennett the eloquence to express the gift that his brother is. Kyle is faithful, considerate, and a well-matched friend for life.

Josh and Bennett met their first year at Georgia Tech. After joining the same fraternity, Josh brought Bennett into his Bible study. Later, they lived together, took many classes together, and graduated side by side. Josh has been a constant encouragement for Bennett in his faith and a competitor in countless board games, Mario Cart races, and battles of whit. He is a man of remarkable discipline and faith.

Drew and Bennett were accidental roommates during their second year of college—they had hardly known each other before move in. During the time they lived together, and the years after, they became Cookout regulars, running partners, and rivals for Catan. Drew is remarkably talented in everything he sets his mind to—from cornhole to Catan—and an excellent friend.

Braeden and Bennett were friends before Kyra and Bennett met. They swam together, shared a year of high school journalism, and overlapped at Georgia Tech. Braeden is the first person Bennett would call for any activity whether it be to undertake a project—like building table—or fill an afternoon. Braeden is brilliant and fun, exactly the guy Bennett wants by his side.

Adam and Bennett can recall battles waged with Nerf swords and forts built in the woods. They have driven together across the country and shared countless bonfires. Wherever Adam has lived, Bennett has felt at home. He is loyal and genuine and very nearly a brother.
