If you are traveling from out of town, we recommend you fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA). We have a hotel block at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, approximately a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Taxi services, Uber, and Lyft are all available.

Welcome Drinks will be held Friday evening at Frothy Monkey in the Nations, and the ceremony and reception will be held Saturday at The Riverwood Mansion in East Nashville.

We will offer shuttle services to all weekend events for those staying at the Loews Hotel.

If you plan to drive your vehicle or Uber/Lyft from the Loews Hotel rather than take the shuttle, it will take approximately 10 minutes to get to Welcome Drinks at the Frothy Monkey and 20 minutes to get to the Ceremony and Reception at the Riverwood Mansion. Please note that these travel times will vary depending on traffic.
