For our wedding weekend, we’ll all be gathering at Casa Malca, a one-of-a-kind retreat on the Caribbean coast where Tulum’s natural beauty meets art, history, and understated luxury.

Set between the jungle and the sea, Casa Malca is home to beautiful beaches, lush tropical grounds, incredible art, and some of our favorite spaces in Tulum. Most importantly, it will be home to our wedding celebrations — and to all of us — for the weekend.

We’ve reserved a special room block exclusively for our guests and kindly request that everyone stay with us on property. Having our favorite people together in one place is a huge part of how we envision the weekend, and we can’t wait for the time between the celebrations to be just as memorable as the events themselves.

Our room block is available November 4–7, 2027, with a three-night minimum stay. If you’d like to arrive earlier or stay a few extra days to experience more of Tulum, additional nights may also be arranged directly with the hotel.

Traveling to Mexico requires a valid passport, so take a quick peek at yours while you’re here! If it expires before or around the wedding weekend, we recommend renewing well in advance of November 2027.

To receive our special wedding rate, please reserve directly with Casa Malca.

Reservations require a one-night, non-refundable deposit to confirm your room. Casa Malca will send you a secure payment link after receiving your booking request.

The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. You are welcome to request paying in full before your arrival if preferred.

**Deadline: Please reserve your room by July 31, 2027 to guarantee availability within our wedding block and contracted rates.

If you’d like to extend your trip before or after the wedding weekend, just include your preferred dates in your booking request and the Casa Malca team can assist with availability.

There are two airports you can fly into for the wedding weekend:

Tulum International Airport (TQO)

Our recommended airport.

Tulum International Airport is the closest airport to Casa Malca and will be the most convenient option for guests when flight schedules and pricing allow (~40-55 minutes from Casa Malca).

Cancún International Airport (CUN)

Cancún offers the largest selection of nonstop and international flights and is approximately 1.5–2 hours from Casa Malca, depending on traffic.

If Cancún offers the best itinerary from your city, don’t worry — we’ve arranged transportation coordination to make getting to Tulum easy.

We’ve partnered with 5 Senses Transportation to coordinate private transportation for our guests between both Tulum International Airport (TQO) and Cancún International Airport (CUN) and Casa Malca.

Rather than having everyone arrange transportation individually, their team will collect guest flight information and coordinate arrivals with the goal of grouping guests landing around similar times whenever possible.

Their team will:

- Coordinate transportation based on your flight itinerary

- Group guests arriving around similar times when possible

- Send your personalized transportation details directly to you

- Meet you at the airport with a personalized Lara & Alex wedding sign

- Monitor flights and adjust for delays

- Provide direct assistance via WhatsApp, email or text throughout your travel day

For guests arriving around the same time, transportation may be shared to make the trip both easier and more cost-effective.

Unless you’re planning to explore beyond Tulum before or after the wedding weekend, we don’t recommend renting a car.

Our wedding celebrations will take place at Casa Malca, and we’ve arranged airport transportation coordination so you can arrive, settle in, and enjoy the weekend without worrying about driving or parking.

If you’re extending your trip elsewhere in the Yucatán, however, a rental car may make sense for that portion of your travels.

If your schedule allows, we highly recommend giving yourself a little extra time in Mexico.

Come early for a few days of sunshine, stay after the wedding to explore, or simply settle into Casa Malca and enjoy the beach before the celebrations begin.
