While many may know this about us, we actually met on the dating app Tinder on September 21st, 2018 (we kinda hid this at first, sorry to both our moms and dads!). Reed messaged Larissa first. Although Larissa was hesitant because Reed lived 2 hours away, she messaged him back. Before you know it we were messaging nonstop. We finally decided to meet each other after a month of talking. Reed drove 2 hours on October 18th, 2018 to finally meet Larissa. Reed not knowing the Chicagoland area, he decided to take Larissa on their first date to Buffalo Wild Wings (even though Reed's dad always advised him to never get wings on the first date). However, we talked and laughed for hours straight, so that should say something right? The two went on a second date the very next day and Reed asked Larissa to be his girlfriend. For 5 years, Reed would drive up two hours to see Larissa every other weekend to go on dates and spend time together. After 5 years together, we decided we wanted to take our relationship to the next level. On October 21st, 2023, Reed asked for Larissa's hand in marriage. He proposed in Galena, Il which is Reed's favorite town in Illinois in the garden of the Belvedere Mansion. Now, we are getting married almost exactly a year later and exactly 6 years since we started dating!
