While we fully believe "the more the merrier!" when it comes to parties, it is critical that we provide an accurate headcount to our caterer of who will be attending. For this reason, your wedding invitations will be specifically addressed to you and any other individuals included in your ‘party’. Please, no plus-ones unless they are named on the invitation. If you have any follow-up questions regarding your invitation, please feel free to reach out to the bride and groom directly.

We want families to be able to attend the wedding and celebrate together. We ask that if you are planning to bring children, please list each of their names (and everyone in your party) when you RSVP. This will ensure that we have an accurate headcount and can plan seating arrangements accordingly. There will not be a kids table or babysitter provided at the reception, so we do ask that parents keep an eye on their children at all times and are respectful of other guests.

The ceremony will begin at Notre Dame Catholic Parish promptly at 1:30pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 10 minutes before the start time. After the church send-off, we want to provide some flexibility to our guests. Each of our wedding guests will receive free entry to Chatfield Farms Botanic Gardens on Aug. 31. We encourage you to head to the gardens to explore at your leisure until Cocktail Hour begins at 4pm. The bar will officially begin serving at 4pm, and we will have entertainment and lawn games to enjoy until dinner is served. We ask that you arrive at Chatfield Farms Botanic Gardens no later than 5pm.

There will be ample free parking at both our ceremony and reception sites. We encourage guests to have a designated driver and carpool together if possible. Chatfield Farms is also within 10 minutes of multiple hotels, which you can find listed on our website under the "Travel" tab. Chatfield Farms is a bit out of the way of major cities, so please be aware that this can affect the availability of Ubers and Lyfts at the end of the night. If you are planning to Uber to Chatfield Farms, please have a backup plan with someone you can carpool with, on the off-chance that Uber availability is low at the end of the evening.

We have listed other hotel options under the "Travel" tab. There will be no transportation provided, so please plan ahead and drink responsibly.

We hope that you will be able to celebrate with us, but if you are unable to join, please RSVP "no" on our website or by mail. We ask that you submit your RSVP no later than July 31 so that we have an accurate headcount. However, we understand that emergencies happen. If something comes up last-minute that prevents you from attending, please reach out to the bride and groom directly.
