The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes early to find seating and settle in so you don’t miss any of the special moments.

There are both underground garage and above ground lot parking available. Both are free and located just past the entrance to the venue.

We want you to "Pop out and show off" in your 'Sunday best. All guests are asked to wear summer formal attire in shades of pink or silver/grey for the ceremony and the early part of the reception. When the lights go down and the music goes up, you are welcome to change into something more comfortable to get your party on! Please keep in mind that the ceremony is outdoors and the average temperature is 70 degrees.

We plan an adult-focused celebration and respectfully ask that children not attend, except for those listed on the invitation (immediate family and children participating in the ceremony). If a plus-one is included, it will be noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding — feel free to contact LaShon or Philip to discuss any exceptions.

The ceremony is unplugged so we request that all guests put away cameras, cell phones, and other devices during the ceremony. We’d love for you to relax, soak in the moment, and allow our photographer to do what they do best—without phones or tablets in the way. The wedding coordinator will identify opportunities during the ceremony when you may take pictures.

There are a limited number of rooms available at a discounted rate at the Oceano Hotel. Should you choose to stay there, you will need to contact the hotel directly and tell them that you would like a room under the Hall - McKellips wedding. Rooms are available to reserve until July 6, 2026. Additionally, we have a block reserved at the Hampton Inn in San Mateo. Please navigate to the Travel tab for the information for that hotel. There are many hotels in Half Moon Bay but since the wedding occurs during peak season we are unable to reserve any additional blocks. Many of the hotels start accepting reservations for August 2026 on August 16, 2025. Please book early as rooms sell out fast for summer weekends. San Franscisco Airport is 25 minutes away, so there are options available there, too. Check out the Travel tab for more suggestions.

Absolutely! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap away and capture all the fun at the reception. We just ask that any photos you take during the rest of the evening be respectful and thoughtful—especially when it comes to sharing them.
