Attending a destination wedding can be expensive so here are some tips and recommendations for a budget-friendly trip:
- Book your hotel and flights using Buy Now, Pay Later which allows you to purchase hotel stays and flights and make payments over time. Affirm works with Booking.com, Expedia and Hotels.com. You can also book flights through them, and Southwest (August reservations will be available in November) and Delta have their own partners that allow you to do the same to make flying more affordable.
- Book your hotel early. Many of the hotels listed are currently accepting reservations for our wedding date with some rooms being as low as $135/night. Prices are relatively reasonable right now, but our wedding is taking place during peak season so the prices will increase closer to our date.
- Traveling in a group? Consider an AirBnb to help cut down on the cost.
