The 308-acre Dorothea Dix Park, in the heart of downtown Raleigh, blends historic architecture with beautiful rolling hills, huge shade trees and stunning views of the Raleigh skyline. Dorothea Dix Park is open to the public daily from dawn to dusk. In the spring, Dix Park hosts J. Cole’s Dreamville Festival.
