Lu is the best man and a really good lawyer. He honed his skills arguing with Shawn for 27 years. Definitely has not written his best man speech yet.

Sejal is a medical school bestie and all around go-getter gal. She is a world traveler and professional latte artist. Her future's vision is 20/20 (cause she's an ophthalmologist) and Laura can't wait to be there with her through it all!

Angela has been Laura's best ski bud, soccer camp in Texas heat co-survivor, and family gathering entertainer for their whole lives. She introduced Laura to the internet, video games, and being cool (though Angela is still cooler)

Annie and Laura fell in love over a tub of jungle juice first year of college and the rest - as they say - is history. From college, to weathering professional careers, to accidentally moving down the block from each other in NYC, Annie has been there through it all. They like to say they were each other's first loves (before their respective husband/fiancee appeared).

Laura first met Alexis freshman year of college after Alexis ran a mile back to their dorm after intramural frisbee. Needless to say, Laura was impressed! #fitnessgoals. They have seen each other through long-distance friendships, graduate school, and their first healthcare jobs - Alexis has been her rock. Alexis somehow trusts Laura to be her daughter's godmother, probably against her better judgment.

Callie is a med school bestie and a Southern queen. Can she bake you delicious comfort food while working out and doing surgery simultaneously? You bet she can. Her superwoman powers are the source of inspiration for Laura's personal boss lady goals.

Maria is truly a unicorn and Laura's spirit animal. She is always the life of the party and should probably start carrying fairy dust with her everywhere she goes, because she is the most magical. Anatomy lab would have been a much more boring place without her!

Audrey is Laura's childhood friend since they had lockers next to each other in middle school. Audrey probably knows more embarrassing stories than anyone else (besides Cristin) and has been Laura's co-adventurer, raccoon wrangler, golf cart off-roading co-navigator, biking/running-despite-Laura's-reluctance buddy. She has been through all the highs and lows, and will be until the end!

Chris and Shawn spent many long hours in a basement together. Their hours of Snapchat trolling and studying have created the ultimate bromance. Chris scored higher on STEP and Shawn has never gotten over it.

Will is a fellow anesthesia bro and SMASH player. They would always be mistaken for each other in the OR in med school, but they didn't care because they both think they are awesome.

James is Shawn's closest childhood friend, and frankly is much nicer than him. Is a 10/10 human and dog dad. Very kindly teaches Laura to play video games, even though she sucks.

Patrick and Shawn in a mall together is bad news for their savings account. Patrick is the one who brings style to the relationship and is a fellow co-watch enthusiast/luxury brands expert.

Aaron can plan the best outdoor adventure, and also perform emergency medical care when you get attacked by a bear. 10/10 best wilderness guy to have around.
