Please arrive at the Barn at Shady Lane between 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. CT to allow ample time for parking and getting seating before the procession begins at 6 p.m.

Yes! Plenty of parking is available, both by the side and the back of the Barn at Shady Lane.

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children ages 8 and up. We hope this notice means that you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

The dress code for our wedding day is Sunday best! We ask that men wear pants and a nice shirt and that women wear a dress (short or floor length is okay). Please note that the ceremony will be fully indoors, while the reception is a combination of indoor and outdoor settings--including a patio during the mocktail hour.

We kindly ask that guests keep their phones put away during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. There will be a photographer capturing all the special memories, and we want to ensure everyone can focus on the celebration without distractions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
