Cozumel Palace® All Inclusive Resort
Cozumel Palace is a members only, all inclusive resort. Security at the hotel is very tight, those not staying at the hotel will not be allowed into the resort. We have a block of rooms reserved for guests at our Elite member price which expires Aug 6. Please call the number above, press the "wedding" option, ask for Estefania and reference the Cepeda/Sullivan (wedding #7419957) wedding to take advantage of our member rate as well as benefits including free day trips, spa treatments and resort credit depending on how long you stay (we recommend a week to take advantage of the beauty of the island and surrounding area). Day passes are limited and will only allow guests in for the wedding so please do make your reservations at this hotel. We guarantee you will not regret it!
"The Presentation"
When you get to the hotel the vacation planners are going to want to set up an appointment. We recommend you do this to get the most out of your member benefits. They are also going to ask you at attend a 90 minute presentation where they will try to talk you into being a member. You Do NOT have to attend this. In fact, if you are only staying a short time we recommend you don't because its always longer than 90 mins. However, if you are staying longer, you might want to because they will give you free things for attending and you get them whether you sign up or not. In the past I have gotten free adventure trips, spa credit, scuba diving, etc.

You can fly into either Cozumel or Cancun airports. Cozumel Palace will arrange your transportation to the hotel from either airport for free if you stay 4 or more nights. If you stay less they will still arrange it for you but it will not be covered in the cost of your stay. Please ask about transportation from the airport when you make your reservation at the hotel.
Flying into Cancun: Southwest and Jetblue will be the most cost effective flight options. From LA you can get a direct flight. When you land, collect your bags after going through customs and walk towards signs for "transport". Do not pay attention to anyone asking you for tours, taxi, etc. Keep walking until you are outside where you will see lots of people holding signs. Look for the people in the light blue shirts and white pants holding a sign for "Palace Resorts". Check in with them and they will give you a number which coincides with a stall that your shuttle will be parked in . Walk to that stall and check in with the guy holding a clipboard. You will be helped into a shuttle which will stop at multiple Palace properties, they will also give you your ferry ticket. You want to get off at Playacar Palace which is about a 45 min drive. Be sure to tip the driver $5 or so. Once at Playacar, go to the front desk and ask them to have someone walk you to the ferry. They will walk you there and tell you how to get on the boat. The ferry is about an hour. Once off the boat and your bags are collected, walk out to the street and you will see another guy in a light blue shirt holding a sign for Palace Resorts. He will help you into a taxi for a short 5 minute ride to the hotel. Be sure to tip your taxi driver a few dollars.
Flying into Cozumel: United or Southwest are your best flight options into Cozumel. From LA you will have a layover somewhere. After you have gone through customs and collected your bag walk to the area where you see people holding signs. Look for the people in the light blue shirts and white pants holding a sign for "Palace Resorts". Check in with them and they will help you into a taxi for a 10 minute ride to the hotel. Be sure to tip your driver a few dollars.
Don't forget to arrange your transportation with Cozumel Palace before you leave. The cost of all transportation to the hotel is included in the price of your hotel room if you stay 4 or more nights.
