The Savannah airport is about a one hour drive from Hilton Head and is the main airport used by Hilton Head. There are also rental cars available from here if you'd like one for the weekend.
This is a small airport on the island that has limited flight options, but we would recommend this airport if you can find a reasonably priced flight!
We recommend staying within Sea Pines (at the south end of Hilton Head Island) for convenience throughout the weekend. The Welcome Party will be in Harbor Town and the shuttle pick up locations will also be within Sea Pines and at the Marriott Courtyard.
There are houses/condos available to rent through AirBnB and VRBO or the Sea Pines Resort directly (note, many may be cross listed). The only hotel within Sea Pines is The Harbor Town Inn, but we've also reserved a room block at the Marriott Courtyard just outside of Sea Pines.
A pass is required for each car to access Sea Pines, however if staying within Sea Pines you will receive one with your reservation. They are also available for purchase for $9.

The Sea Pines Resort has various house / villa rentals available near Harbour Town and throughout Sea Pines. We recommend booking close to Harbour Town for convenience to restaurants and shops (as well as the Welcome Party and a shuttle pickup for the reception), but anywhere in Sea Pines will be convenient for the weekend and a quick bike ride to the beach, easy access to golfing, shops, and restaurants. These houses and villas provide a great option for families or large groups.

Right next to the Harbour Town Clubhouse and looking out onto the first tee of the Harbour Town Golf Course. This is a great option for anyone wanting to stay right in Harbour Town.
