Our Wedding

We met at Rutgers University back in 2020 during COVID. We were both apart of one friend group that did pretty much everything together. We went on spring breaks, threw little house parties, went to the gym, and more! Over time, we began to catch feelings for each other. We already had such a beautiful friendship established, so we decided to become fully committed to each other. After roughly 3 years of love, happiness, and beautiful memories, we both decided it was time to get married!

Our Story

For your convenience and enjoyment, we highly recommend reserving a room at our wedding venue. Not only will you be close to all the festivities, but you’ll also be treated to a complimentary breakfast the following morning (6am-10am). The venue features The Coppertop Pub at the Grain House, a beautifully preserved colonial bar where George Washington and his troops once visited. The pub remains open until 1:30 AM, and we warmly invite you to join us there after the reception for further celebration in this historic and charming setting. **Room Rates:** - Single or Double Occupancy: $175 - Triple Occupancy: $185 - Quadruple Occupancy: $195 Please note that guest rooms are available by individual call-in only and must be reserved at least five weeks prior to the arrival date to secure the group rate and availability. Reservations for this special rate can be made exclusively by contacting The Olde Mill Inn directly at (908) 221-1100 or (800) 585-4461. Kindly be aware that online bookings will not be associated with our wedding block and will not qualify for the group rate. **Check-In:** After 3:00 PM **Check-Out:** 11:00 AM *Important*- If you wish to reserve a room for Thursday, June 5th, in addition to Friday, June 6th, kindly inform us by April 20th at the latest, as availability is limited. I will work to extend our hotel block to accommodate your stay.

Timeline for the Day 1:00pm: Guests Arrive at Ceremony Site - Please arrive at the ceremony site by 1:15 PM. Guests will be ushered and seated, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 1:30 PM. 1:30pm: Wedding Ceremony 2:00pm-2:30pm: Photos at the Church - The bridal party and close family members of the bride and groom will be taking photos. If you would prefer to head to the reception venue at this time, you’re welcome to do so. Please feel free to explore the beauty of the Inn, or enjoy a drink at the Coppertop Pub, located at the Grain House on hotel property! 2:30pm-2:45pm: Leave for Reception Venue - Bridal Party will leave for the reception venue 3:00pm: Guests staying at the Inn may check in at this time 3:15pm-4:00pm: Photos at Reception Venue  - While the bridal party and the bride and groom take photos, please feel free to check into your room, or explore the beauty of the Inn. At 3:30pm, welcome drinks will be served to each guest. 3:30pm-4:00pm: Welcome Drinks! 4:00pm-5:00pm: Cocktail Hour 5:00pm-10:00pm: Wedding Reception 10:00pm-1:30am: After Party! - For those staying at the Inn, (or those who are simply looking to continue on with the celebration), we warmly invite you to join us at The Coppertop Pub at the Grain House after the reception for further celebration. The pub remains open until 1:30 AM, so please come and enjoy some more drinks with us as we continue the festivities.
