Timeline for the Day

1:00pm: Guests Arrive at Ceremony Site
- Please arrive at the ceremony site by 1:15 PM. Guests will be ushered and seated, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 1:30 PM.

1:30pm: Wedding Ceremony

2:00pm-2:30pm: Photos at the Church
- The bridal party and close family members of the bride and groom will be taking photos. If you would prefer to head to the reception venue at this time, you’re welcome to do so. Please feel free to explore the beauty of the Inn, or enjoy a drink at the Coppertop Pub, located at the Grain House on hotel property!

2:30pm-2:45pm: Leave for Reception Venue
- Bridal Party will leave for the reception venue

3:00pm: Guests staying at the Inn may check in at this time

3:15pm-4:00pm: Photos at Reception Venue 
- While the bridal party and the bride and groom take photos, please feel free to check into your room, or explore the beauty of the Inn. At 3:30pm, welcome drinks will be served to each guest.

3:30pm-4:00pm: Welcome Drinks!

4:00pm-5:00pm: Cocktail Hour

5:00pm-10:00pm: Wedding Reception

10:00pm-1:30am: After Party! - For those staying at the Inn, (or those who are simply looking to continue on with the celebration), we warmly invite you to join us at The Coppertop Pub at the Grain House after the reception for further celebration. The pub remains open until 1:30 AM, so please come and enjoy some more drinks with us as we continue the festivities.
