Laura's favorite hike growing up in the Farmington Valley. Heublein Tower is a staple of the area and truly a breathtaking hike in the fall. It's about a mile up the mountain, with a free museum through the tower with a 360 view at the top.

A shopping/dining area located in West Hartford home to some unique and delicious dining options. It's a very popular place amongst locals to spend an evening out or just walking around. One of Jake & Laura's favorite spots is Mecha Noodle Bar.

A couple blocks from the venue, Bushnell Park is a lovely place to walk around in the afternoon. There's a carousel and many relaxing places to sit. The arch is an icon of the city (ask Laura about how it feels to run under it after finishing the Hartford [half] Marathon).

An incredibly picturesque walk, especially during the fall.
