Feel free to arrive up to an hour before the ceremony—there’s plenty to do on the 140-acre property! Soak in the views, wander down to the pond, mingle on the patio, or explore the woods. We’ll also have games to play and a self-serve cocktail bar to get the party started early. Just a heads-up: this is bear and moose territory—we’re the visitors here. Keep your wits about you!

Since it’ll be autumn, there’s a chance we could see some early snow for the season. We suggest keeping an eye on the weather leading up to the wedding and dressing accordingly. The venue sits at a higher altitude of about 8,400 feet, so expect it to get chilly once the sun sets. Dress cozy and come prepared!

We’ll be serving BBQ buffet-style. "In the clurb, we all fam" - seating is open so sit wherever you'd like. If you’re up for some western dancing, we’ll be doing a few line dances. Brush up on Boot Scootin' Boogie, Cotton Eyed Joe, and Copperhead Road for some fun on the dance floor!
