Transportation will be provided from two of the hotels listed below (Best Western & Holiday Inn Express) before and after wedding. The ceremony and reception are at the same venue. There will be two pickups/drop-offs at each location.
Shuttle Schedule Pre-Ceremony:
3:00 pm- Leaves Best Western
3:15 pm - Leaves Holiday Inn Express
3:40 pm- Drop-off at Shade Mountain Farm
Shuttle Schedule Post-Reception:
9:45 pm & 10:30 pm- Leaves Shade Mountain Farm for drop-off at Holiday Inn Express followed by Best Western

About 15 minutes from the farm. There will be transportation from this hotel before and after the wedding.
Wedding Block Rate:
King: $159/night + tax
Two Queens: $189/night + tax
Cancellation policy: 30 days in advance

Hartman Center Campground and Retreat
Yes, it's also a campground and RV park. But trust us--they've also built 10 brand new tiny houses. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and one king size bedroom. Sofa bed in living room-- best for one couple or family with young child.
