Laura took herself out to dinner "new year new me". She sat herself down at table 3 & low & behold..her waiter was cute! & funny & interesting. After hours of talking, eating, talking & slightly stalling Laura got her check and left him her number. Minutes after leaving, they connected and had a date planned for the following day.

After our date, Laura went back to Hawai'i. Then covid & 4 months of getting to know each other over the phone, over facetime, and 6 hours difference.

Where our love for shucking & slurping oyster began.

On Saturday June 11th Ben & Laura got engaged! What was a planned "final dinner" before Laura headed back to Hawai'i for a few weeks turned out to be the surprise of a lifetime! Thanks again to all of our amazing friends & family that made this day so special!
