Great rooftop restaurant with whimsical Oaxacan cuisine. The three men at the helm, Jason Cox, Joseph Gilbert and Julio Aguilera, are American imports, lured to southern Mexico initially by mezcal, then fully converted by the food. Joseph, who runs the bar program and Julio, the head chef, met in the kitchen of Saison in San Francisco.
