Can I bring a date?

We can only accomodate those listed on your invitation. Your invite will list if you have a +1!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

While we love all of your kids, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults only. We hope you can take this as an opportunity for a fun night out or vacation!

What should I wear?

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

We have room blocks at hotels in Castle Rock, but feel free to stay at a different hotel or Airbnb/Vrbo of your choice in the area. Castle Rock is about 20 minutes away from the venue. We suggest staying there if you want to use our shuttles or join the afterparty!

What is the best way to get to the wedding?

The venue is in a fairly remote location. If you plan to drink we suggest using our provided shuttle service or plan to have a designated driver. Cell service is spotty at the venue and Uber/Lyft options will be limited in this area.

Does Uber or Lyft provide transportation to and from The Venue at Crooked Willow Farms?

Uber and Lyft have limited service in the area. It is possible to get a ride to the venue, but it will be difficult to get a ride home. To ensure reliable transportation, we suggest pre-booking your rides in advance or take the provided shuttle.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes. There is a parking lot onsite that is prepped with 80+ chalked spaces. The venue also offers (2) Handicap spaces near the drop-off location for the venue.

Can cars be left onsite overnight?

Yes, the venue allows cars to be left onsite overnight and picked up the following morning between 8am-10am. We would rather a guest be safe than drink & drive. The venue asks that whoever leaves a car onsite lets one of their staff members know so they can plan the pickup accordingly as they are a private property and the front gate locks at the conclusion of each event.

What will the weather be like?

Fall in Colorado can be unpredictable. Make sure to check the weather before packing. Weather can range from beautiful, sunny 70 degree day to a surprise snow storm.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Weather permitting the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside.

Is there cell service available on property?

Cell service is limited but the venue has Wi-Fi available onsite for all guests to use. They also have 2 landline phones for use.

Where is Larkspur?

Nestled in the foothills between Castle Rock and the Tri-Lakes area, the venue is approximately 45 miles south of Denver.
