Sweet Balboa Island... We LOVE this place. It's a small man-made island in Newport Beach with so much to do. Dad's Banana Stand is a must-do, Shanghai Pine Gardens Restaurant, Ruby's Diner, and long walks around the peninsula are some of Connor and I's favorite things to do. If you have any extra time, I highly recommend stopping by Balboa Island.

Fashion Island is literally an entire ISLAND of any store you can think of. There's an endless amount of food you can eat and special treats! If you need to grab a pair of shoes or a last minute wardrobe change, this is the place to be. It's also a great place to hang out and spend an afternoon.

If you're going to be in Orange County for an extended period of time, please go to Disneyland! This is a big part of why Connor and I fell in love--we both love all things Disney so much. If you have the time, we would definitely recommend stopping by Disneyland and/or California Adventure.

This is a great spot on Balboa Island where you can play arcade games, try some fun foods, and go on the ferris wheel. It's a sweet spot to enjoy some time on the island. If you do plan on going to the Fun Zone, you have to take a ferry to get to the other side of the island, so be sure to bring about $5 IN CASH!
