Q + A

Can we bring our kids?

While we adore children, our wedding reception will be an adults-only affair. We hope you can still join us and use our wedding as a fun date night!!

Can we bring a guest?

Invitations are extended to the individuals named on the invitation only. This helps us with our guest count and the seating arrangement we are planning for the reception.

When should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 28th so we can have an accurate headcount for our vendors.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Our wedding will be a joyful, alcohol-free celebration filled with amazing fun drinks for all of our guests. For everyone's safety please do not bring your own alcohol. Please know we will have to pay a fine if alcohol is found at the venue during our wedding.

What is the dress code?

Dress to celebrate! We're looking forward to seeing you in your semi-formal best. Spring colors would look best for our theme.

What kind of food will be served?

For cocktail hour, we will have gluten-free Colombian food with a variety of different foods for our guests to enjoy. For dinner, we will be serving chicken, steak, potatoes, vegetable medley, and cobb salad, all gluten-free. We will have cake and cheesecake for dessert. Bring your appetite!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Both the ceremony and reception will be inside. However, depending on weather, cocktail hour will be primarily outside but will be moved inside if needed.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is plenty of parking for all of our guests. We kindly ask our guests to park in the parking lot to the right side of the road when pulling into the wedding venue.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are wheelchair accessible.

What time should we arrive to the wedding?

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, arriving anytime between 3:30-3:55 PM is perfect. We are excited to see you!

What airport should I fly into?

We have two airports to fly into Dallas for our wedding day. Dallas Love Field Airport is easier to maneuver and get around compared to Dallas Fort Worth International, which is more difficult with heavier traffic. However, if you fly into Dallas Love Field, there are fewer airline options, while Dallas Fort Worth International has multiple airline options. Both airports are options no matter wherever you are coming from.

If I am flying in where should I stay?

If you are looking for a close area to stay, here is what we recommend. The closest hotels to the venue will be located anywhere in Anna TX, McKinney TX, or Prosper TX. These hotels are in safe communities and have fun activities close by.

If I am flying in what transportation is available?

If you are flying into Dallas Fort Worth International or Dallas Love Field, there are plenty of car rental options. Lyft and Uber service our area as well. If you are flying in with a group of people, you could share a car rental if needed.
