It was a random night out with friends at the bar. The music was loud, the energy was high, and then he walked up to her. From the moment they locked eyes, it seemed as though time slowed down. They hit it off immediately, and he couldn’t stop asking her questions, wanting to know everything about her. They shared stories and laughter, and soon enough, they exchanged numbers.Over the next few quiet weeks, she decided to take a chance and sent him a playful message: “Remember me?” To her delight, he replied with the same warmth and excitement they had shared that night. By some happy coincidence, they ran into each other a few more times while out, almost as if the universe was gently nudging them together. Finally, he worked up the courage to ask her on a date, and from that moment on, they couldn’t stop thinking about each other. Fast forward two months later, and they became official at an outdoor dinner date on Federal Hill while Frank Sinatra played softly in the background.Their connection only grew stronger, and a year and a half later, it brought them to New York City. On the first day of winter, surrounded by freshly fallen snow in Central Park, he got down on one knee and proposed. She was so shocked that the first thing she said wasn’t “yes” but “What??” After a moment of laughter and disbelief, she said the easiest yes of her life. It was the most magical moment, and it felt like the perfect beginning to the rest of their lives together.
