We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat, comfortably. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm.

To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be included. Thank you for understanding!

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our reception an adult event with the exception of a few children who are very close to us. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 6th. After this date, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and will miss celebrating with you!

No, the ceremony and reception will be held at separate locations. Please refer to the invitation or our website for addresses and directions. There will be some downtime between the two events while the bride and groom take photos, but please be sure to allow enough time for travel between venues.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at their respective locations. However, our venue features a beautiful outdoor area that will be open for walking and photo opportunities beginning at cocktail hour.

Yes! We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Milford, MA. To book, please call the hotel and request a room under the Pereira-Barone wedding block from now until August 13, 2026. The hotel is located approximately 6 miles from the venue.
