All hotels have been contacted and early check-ins are not guaranteed but they will do their best to accommodate. Please call ahead on Friday/Saturday to check the status of your rooms. Afternoon Shuttle Schedule: 1:45 PM - Pick up from hotels 2:15 PM - Drop off at the venue 2:45 PM - Pick up from hotels 3:15 PM - Drop off at the venue The bus will return to the hotels for any late arrivals. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM.
